• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Our Services may allow you to earn points through activities, deals, or promotions.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We may change, suspend, or terminate point programs, redemption options, or deals at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to withhold, revoke, adjust, or cancel points at any time in our discretion, including if we detect fraud, abuse, misuse, violations of these Terms, or other suspicious activity. Such activity may also result in account termination.

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks
• Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts without permission
• Post or transmit content that is offensive, misleading, or violates third-party rights

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by FreeMy or its partners and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, service marks, brand names, and logos shown in connection with gift cards or rewards are the property of their respective owners and are displayed only to identify the corresponding reward offerings. Their display does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., analytics, ad networks, streaming partners). We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) FreeMy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services; and (b) our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law.

• You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert qualifying claims in small claims court.
• You and FreeMy agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
